EPF

This is with reference to company having Exempted PF TRUST, But the Employer who is also the Chairman of the exempted PF trust has defaulted by not remitting the Yearly PF dues to the EPFO for couple of years, is non-cooperative with the employees now. Is there a provision for EPFO to settle the PF for the retired / resigned employees directly? What are the other options available with the Ex-employees to withdraw the PF dues from EPFO? Possibilities and suggestions Please more

if the companyi has own pf trust, the settlement will be made at Company,However if the employer not cooperated then u can go to Concerned PF Office and lodged a complain regarding ur issues because the PF Office periodically check the PF Trust of Company if they are not complying then the employer will be summoned. Further your Pension Fund will be settled at PF Office Only u can can claim directly your pension or pension amount withdrawal more

There is a provision for epf trust to settle your dues without co.s authorised persons signature . In your case the main pf amount is with the trust and you have to file a case in the regular court for your money and for your family pension if you are sixty you can apply in epf for pension more
Why are you hesistant to write the name of your employer and its associated trust for the knowledge of people? The matter may be quickly settled. more
you have to fill up the form, for final settlement, and the form should be duly stamped and signature of the employer. more
