EPF Withdrawl

Hi All,

I had submitted my EPF withdrawal form to my previous organization a week back which includes filled and duly signed form 19 and form 10c with a cancelled cheque leaf of the bank account which I had maintained as salary account with that organization. I have not yet got any response from either previous organization nor from EPF office. When can I expect acknowledgement and when will my amount be credited?

It appears you have submitted to your previous employer a week back, who in turn have to forward it to respective EPFO after verification and authentication. You have to wait for some time for getting refund. Generally it takes 45-60 days. more

First you have to get form's from your previous organaization duly stamped and sighned by the managment. more
