EPF transfer Delay

Hi I was working in a company X. I left the company in Sept 2015 and applied for EPF transfer to my current company PF account. The Form 13 is approved and I received SMS from EFOHO that
Form13(Transfer) Claim ID : THTHA160300022526 approved for payment through cheque. Pmt under process. This message received on 20/04/2016. But so far transfer to new PF account is not complete.
I sent two reminder email to prev company PF help desk , but no response. I called PF office where my current PF account is operated. They told me cheque not received !
What can be done so that my prev company EPF is transferred to new EPF account ?

Thanks more

Best option is file the online grievance through your previous employer. more
Its ridiculous to put up to PM. There ought to be some delays on the part of EPFO, in such cases best option is to the conerned RPF Commissioner, who will help and take immediate action. No need to put up the matter to PM. Nevertheless you tkae up the matter with RPF Commissioner along with all details and your case will be settle within 15 days. Nothing to worry. more
Please contact the highest authority of finance/EPF department of your previous company. This will sort out your problem. Please send a detailed email as well as contact telephonicaly. more
Sometimes it takes little more time due to ignorance of PF office. So please raise two grievances in http://epfigms.gov.in/. one for previous PF office and one for current PF office. They are supposed to respond with the status within 7-10 days. more
I have put up the matter to hon.PM.based on your above delay. i am a member of PM's 8 circles. Any how you contact the PF office. Local circle will help you. more
