i have been trying to transfer my previous employer pf amount to the present UAN account for past 5 years, i have raised a complaint to the grievance team and also wrote a letter to the PF team, nothing so far came my way. how to dealt with this issue. All Help is appreciated more

Nomination facilities should be under UAN portal for employees and small changes like Qualification and Marital status should also have access to employees with approval from last/current employer. more

The pass books are getting updated faster. For example my previous employer transfereed fund to my current account and organisation collected the fund from bank on 01.01.2018, but not credited to my account till now. There could be so many cases like this, where in member is at the losing end. more

Function of EPFO is not at all user friendly. For e.g. I have written them that if I can see my PF accumulations then why not the eps amount. Why the current employers only is seen. There was no satisfactory reply from them. They informed that eps is calculated for the no of years of service and pension is decided I never aske that , I only wanted to know that why the contribution made towards eps is not reflected in my PF sheet. more
