EPF PENSION
I was working TATA PROJECTS Ltd and retired in February 2015. I have put in years service in TATA Projects. I had 16 years pensionable services prior to joing Tata Projects. Thus total Pensable service for 24 years.
I had submitted my Pension application in Form 10D through my last employer, i.e. Tata Projects after attaining 58 years of age in 2014. But my pension not yet cleared from PF Office, Hyderabad.
My 16 service pensionable service was under SRO, Ambattur, Chennai. My last employer TATA Projects Head Office is at Secumberabad, under RO Hyderabad.
RO Hyderabad wanted earlier scheme certificate's confirmation letter to be issued from SRO, Amabatur, It took almost two years to get the confirmation letter. The confirmation was signed scanned and sent to the Regional Commissioner, by Fax. One copy received me also based on my follow up.
I had gone to the EPFO, Hyderabad with the confirmation letter in May 2016. Met the concerned Officers. They have advised me to resubmit the application afresh in Form 10D, they only they will be able to process the Pension application. That process through Tata Projects still is still not over. Once the application reach the EPFO Hyderabad, how long it will take to complete the formalities and issue Pension order only GOD can say.
Kindly advise me whether the process is correct. Will it take so many years to sanction the Pension? more

Many have this kind of stories. Indian value system collapsed due to Greedy people to amaze money & wealth. They have a false belief that they can live happily with money. Many people are going through a stressful life due to this karmic problem. They are educated only to amaze money, their purpose of education and life was to make money. WE suggest all the PF subscriber come together and demand govt to dismiss all babus recruited for EPF) department. Many PF subscriber - who has retired / volountary retired can work in the PF department without any salary and help the PF subscriber and EPFO. I am ready. Are you? more

Dear Mr.Samuel After changing the employer you should have got the PF account transferred to the new employer's Organization. Have you obtained UAN- that is Universal Account Number With UAN the settlement of Account will be easy. Please contact your earlier employer and find out what they have done with your PF account after you left them. If possible please personally visit the two Offices of EPFO G.BADARIVISHAL Mysore South India PS: I served with MRC Ltd. Mysore for 39 years and it took six months to get my PF settlement and 15 more days to get my Pension settled. 14-07-2016 more

Dear Mr. Kutty> You have already forwarded your form 10-D through your last employer to the PF office of your choice is not it? Whether you have got any information through sms/mail on your registered mobile/ mail id from your PF office regarding receipt of your form 10-D? after receipt of your form 10D they will issue you a claim ID number. Once claim ID no is issued then PF fellows can not sit idle on your application. If nothing as above has taken place, Please visit PF office with dispatched details of your form 10-D from your employer office. The concerned pension section dealing the PF account of your employer may be able to tell you the situation ans ask the dealing clerk how to accelerate the pension process. He may tell you secretly the required things (you know what) etc which you may negotiate and agree. After that only things will start showing up. I got my pension of Rs. 2130/- after putting up 18 years past and 18 years pensionable service. It is really not worth taking that much stress but, since it is your hard earned money do not leave it. After they acknowledge the receipt of your form 10-D and generate claim ID, they will go on examining your form with microscope and reject it on some silly factors. This is the indication that if you want your form to be processed for approval of Pension Proposal Order(PPO), then you may need to follow the advise whispered in your year. Once they get the required thing then only it will be processed for approval of PPO which usually takes about a month and then further about a month for taking affect for payment in your account. Still your arrear will not go to to your account that will take about three months. This is the speed of PF office Bhubaneswar. I hope your office get a good RPFC and your thing may process at faster rate. more

HI Friends....Please go through "MAN KI BAAT"from a local circle member. Actually govt. has made plan to loot our hard earned money by bringing all these useless pension schemes and also they have made 100% of PF withdrawal almost impossible....These scheme was meant for social security of an employee,which has become most unsecure forced investment by an employee and he can not receive it after retirement when he needs it more.Instead he has to run to pillar to post to get it started and again even after start also it can be stopped by some babus due to unknown reason and again he has to get it started.....I have many examples on my hand. Therefore,till there is not some fool proof/hassal free sytem made for these settlement.PF & pension fund contribution should be made optional for employee by the govt. immediately and I hope this is the best solution to come out of these unnecessary harassment. Also,one thing I dont understand for very long where the submitted documents goes,if pension office/PF office or any other office says they did not receive.....Its totally negligence from the concerned employee....but he has nobody to answer for.Again,here in LOCAL CIRCLE some of our friend advises the victim fellow to personally visit PF office or pension office to get issues resolved.Now the question arises where is our system working then? We are cheering for DIGITAL INDIA and we are remaining in same BABU ERA......I had joined the LOCAL CIRCLE assuming that it will give me a robust digital platform to address all my day to day govt. related issues....GOVT HAMARI MUTTHI MEIN........but this platform also seems like only one more social site where we share info or knowledge....Hope it will come closer to the expectation in near future. more

Family pension period will also be counted for EPS pension not immediately. Present pension may be calculated bases on your every completed years with effect from 16-11/1995. more
