Ensuring Peaceful Agitations and Protest

In any democratic country there is freedom to express view points and this can be allowed. Destroying public property should be prevented. Taking lives or creating unsafe and dangerous condition cannot be tolerated.
United action to kill or rape a person amounts to criminal offense. more

As long as the issues of Political Funds & NGOs , Electoral Funds & Seizure and imprisonments Regulating Code of Legislative Business are not reformed and set right , the ills in the public and to the public through Politicians and political parties will never END . Protests shall not be at the cost of the public interest and the governance . more
I think we all have some fantasy that we live in Utopian world except some squeamish here and some little riot there. No. Our democracy is fairly when it comes to handle JNU, JU, DU, Malda, Muzaffarnagar, or any "Arakshan" riots. Since 1947 our police has not learnt how to handle such situation as there is no strict training. Secondly, our justice system is the most lenient and easy going in the whole world. The culprit goes free in few days instead of going thru' the hard labour jail for minimum 10 years for destroying the properties and castration with 25 years hard labour for the one who rape a girl or a woman. And if he kills after committing a heinous act of rape then the death sentence is the only recourse ! more
The real question is "What would you do if you were not afraid?" Humans with no values. Law and order slapped. An easy way to kill civilization is by killing humanity!! This was not a reservation riots, it was clearly a communal riots more
