mcd people, along with delhi police , with RWA they should keep meetings with persons who are enchroching the roads we should keep them warning otherwise we should pennalised them more

Everywhere is same problem because of local administration and police involve in this. until or unless we tight these department, nothing can be done. This is only solution. When we give the responsibility to local administration and local police and make them responsible for encroachment, problem will automatically solve. more
