Encourage all SDMs, Mayors and Municipal Comm
We must all take efforts and go to local officials and encourage them to connect in these circles or whatsapp groups with citizens.
In fact, this should be made part of evaluation criteria or kra of these officials so they have to do it.
Please share your thoughts about how to take this forward. Who so ever is running these bodies till their is approachability and access, there will be no improvement. more

I am resident of Mahavir Enclave, where the metro station is coming up. There is sewer leakage for the past 15 days no action is taken by the DJB. I have complaint also but it is not repair properly. Sewer water is leaking on the road. In the peak hour big traffic jam near to CITI Store. No one is there to look after the area. I request the concerning department to take action at the earliest. more

This is duty of these official to visit their area them self and see what problems public is facing. They them self advice their staff to get the work done. Take report from their staff. i will suggest, take stick action against your staff who donot work. more

@Ramesh Ahuja ji. Sir, Your idea is good but I feel these officers must be having some forums already where they are all supposed to be interacting with public. One of us should try and find out what are these public forums already with these officers. As regards making them come to local circles etc. I doubt if they would abide because they are already busy with the multiple tasks their jobs presently involve. Thanks and regards. more
