What is the eligibility of getting pension for private employees as per the recent supreme court decision, if the PF contribution is withdrawn after changing the company without transferring the PF amount? more

An employee who has completed 58 years of age with 10 years of service will get normal pension. However, an employee who has reached 50 years and 10 years of service can apply for pension to get reduced pension. more

the eligibility for getting pension for private emp is minimum 10 yrs continuance services. ok u withdraw pf accumulations fund but not pension amount and ur period of services is 10 yrs and above (that is i m thinking because u did not clear the question)then u can claim pension after merging all companies pension fund after filling form 10d more
