Elections 2019: The Citizen Manifesto

1. Income tax;
a) Exemption limit Rs.8 lakh for men, women and senior citizens.
b) Agricultural Income above 8 lakhs will be Taxable
c) Corporate Tax 20% for all
d) No LTCG, DDT and STT
e) No Angel Tax
g) HUF provision to be deleted
h) No TDS for senior citizens and Divyangjans
2. GST;
A) No GST on Cooperative Housing Society and TV Viewers
B) 5% GST on Cement
C) Maximum rate of GST 12%
3. Education;
a) Free education up to 12th Standard
b) One Board for 12th exam all over India
c) Exams. To be optional
d)Scholarship to EWS students
4. Vocational Training; Training with stipend to 12th pass in following skills:-
Repairs of Mobile phones, TV, Computers, Cars, Rickshaws, Gas Stoves, Owens, Air conditioners, Washing machines, Electrical, Plumbing etc.
5. Housing;
a) Registration fee Rs.5000/- all over India
b) Stamp duty 1% of sale agreement value
6. Railways;
a) Agents not allowed to book tickets
b) Available berths visible similar to Air ticket booking
c) VIP/Emergency Quota-2 Berths in each class of travel per train
d) 75% Concession to Divyangjans in all classes of travel
e) 50% Concession to Senior Citizens in all classes of travel
7. Senior Citizens & Divyangjans;
a) Senior Citizens Savings Scheme 2004 interest rate 10% w.e.f. 1st July 2019 on all existing and new accounts
b) Freedom Cards for free travel on local buses and local trains to Divyangjans with more than 40% disability.
c) Pension 3000 Rupees p.m.
d) All hospitals to provide 50% Concession to Senior Citizens and 75% to Divyangjans for all procedures, investigations, medicines and bed charges more
