General Elections are fast ahead. The Cases of malpractices using Liquor ; Currency ; Gift Items ; AND ; those caught red-handed in 2014 Elections are still to face penal actions under various Sections of IPC on Offences relating to Elections while the 30% score of convicts/those having Criminal Record as at 2013 increased to 36% as at 2018.

Reply by EC to SC is delayed on issues relating to NEGLECT OF ELECTION CODE and the answer is that they in process. This only is the right time for EC TO ACT FOR PROMPT ELECTIONS. EC IN EVERY STATE AND CEC ALLOVER THE UNION NEED to declare the Currency and items Seized. I HAVE OBSERVED THAT EC IS NOT NOTIFYING THIS VITAL ISSUE TO VOTING PUBLIC. CEC has to take interest to notify Weekly every Saturday tii final Notification in last week of MAY Please. more

Day after every Election, C.E.C. to declare the Currency etc Seized State wise ; Cases lodged and in1 week after Counting notify Public with summary AND Supreme Court has to mandate Actions for Accountable Elections Process to uphold Justified Political Democracy please. more

Today SC issued contempt of court notice to ECI, pathetic one. The issue is that candidates have not made public about their criminal credecents and educational qualification in the last election. At the outset, such candidates must be debarred from contesting election. Secondly, it is astounding to note the wealth creation by candidates and his/her relatives between elections. Amazement of wealth is really incredible and must be probed the sources of such wealth creation and must be made public. Also spending for election by these candidates must be probed and published in websites. more

Today S.C. directed E.C. to reply as to why the particulars of Convictions were not notified/published in 2018 Elections and whether Contempt of Court proceedings becomes necessary. Let us see HOW E.C. supports its negligence OR HOW it Justifies its Authority on such independency. more

Election Commission need to notify on every Sunday about the as on date Currency etc., Seized and to be relayed at Noon and Night News till 23rd May '19. more
