Education policy

Friends, the least attention is given by parents, students and the industries, educationalists on the subject of National Human Resources and National Education policies.
Though from time to time some news n discussion do surfaces in the media news at national level or at State levels, but by and large in the name of professional education on various subjects n self financed colleges, so called private universities, has raised the education fees, expenditures, nothing else. Even after paying high fees how many feels satisfied by getting good jobs, except doctors. Even a gold medalist in mechanical , electrical or chemical technology cannot start working independently or start a factory, because one has never been trained as a part of studies. The technology that is present day used n the age old syllabus there is wide gap. Basically there is a big gap between the education n the industries , technologies used by such industries.Sometimes some discussion or concern do expressed by the HR / Higher education ministries, suggestions to review n upgrade syllabus based on the studies should be carried out.

The very focus from a child's preparatory years should begin to build the nation and in true sense to build National Character.
In this regard a detailed proposal was submitted to the Central and state HR ministry about nine years back with a detailed personal meeting on the subject with Then HR MINISTER also , he also agreed that time about the lecunas in our education system and policies. In recent years some actions are seen as implementation of Internship , whereby students have to find out respective industry n do internship during their studies as a part of their study.
But this is not enough , no industry by and large interested in giving stipends to such students like the govt.apprenticeship programme. There is a great deal of intiative, participation of one and all is required to. Create awareness, and mobilise public opinion on the this issues. It is worth mentioning here ,during one of the IIM conclave at Ahmedabad few years back some expert mentioned that there are ample employments but employable are less. One more mentioned by a visiting expert from USA during the function also mentioned, we people are very innovative and our govt.responses are very slow as a result people build their own system. Don't we all think there is deep message behind it.
But by and large in recent years some concern is definitely expressed by the govt n actions in some areas are being taken but it is not enough.
It is requested to all the members on this circle to contribute their rich experience and must show their interest in improving the situation for transforming the nation.

What a pity, only one person Mr. CSN Drama, has commented n shared his view in the country of 1.3 million citizens. It seems all are happy with what's going on in the field of education, though each one feels the pinch of it but are happy. Good . more
