Economic Policy Torturing Tax Payers

Governments are playing with Taxpayers since Decades and really torturing.
Following Main issues must be Correctly dealt with even now.
1st fault is Exempting Agricultural Income for those Possessing above 5 Acres Land whether cultivable or not.
2nd is that why Governments continuously ignoring to Assess and Tax real income of individuals and Families .
3rd is that why Wealth Tax was removed and why Wealth Assessments left off.
4th and Fundamental is why Aadhaar Card is not set to Link All sorts of Bank Accounts , IDs and Voter Lists ( Judiciary cannot override Finance Bill under Financial emergency or a Bill passed jointly by Both Houses of Parliament ) .

5th and the last is that Judiciary is for the People and of the Country and it shall not go against the Interests of either People or the Nation. SC to guard and ensure Fair dealings in at least Finances of general Public.
PURELY POLITICAL FREEBIES, SUBSIDIES on Electricity , PDS , Ration items , Gas etc ; Unemployment Subsidiary/Grant ; Loan Waivers ; Interest Waival ; Interest Subsidy etc etc MAKING TAX PAYERS LOOSE HOPES OF FAIR RULE .
On the other hand Governments are not considering even 65 to 75% Children for (1) Free and Compulsory Education of Article 45 (2) Aided Education of Article 46 FROM 1995 AND THIS IS Anti Constitutional. This is also betrayal if the Volume of Freebies Subsidies AND THE TAX EVASION , NON-TEACHING are Considered . more

The main culprit is our Voting System. It is influenced by Voters of a particular area/group/agitating leaders and Politicians. Thus every thing has become haywire. Even Judiciary is not giving Judgements in True sense which are correct/right, but are more for buying peace. Do you mean to say that in such a vast Country only 3-4 Crore People earn more then 2.5 Lakh Yearly, or say Rs 20000/- monthly. Govt should collect the information regarding People having Costly Gadgets like Cars, Properties, Assets etc. The Biggest problem is Corrupt Politicians and Burocrates, and they will never allow digging of Tax evading Cases. more
Exactly Correct. Politicians playing. H'ble Supreme Court to clarify the contention of Article 12 which has clearly said that State means the Government specifying independent Powers to Rule the Country.
Then only Political interference on Governments will be barred.
Governments and Parliament/Legislatures are different LIKE PARLIAMENT EXECUTIVE JUDICIARY. more
Please let me know how I can help out. I will willingly do so. more
These are important points touching the life's of common man. But to implement these points, governments require will power. Focus of every political party is to get votes somehow. That is the root of the problem more
Have dare to ask Supreme Court , Chief Judge , Judicial benches who put stay on linking all these ? This is example of Corrupt & Biased judiciary who are just opposing Good things & giving lectures & warning on pollution & other less valuable subject rather than concentrating on main key issues. GOD bless that till they are not able to put stay on birth , death & natural calls. more
Each item require a PIL by eminent Advocates more
