Doublemask Please everyone

In India wherever u have more than 500 active cases and weekly case growth, citizens must doublemask . People must wear two masks, one disposable and over which a cloth mask, you have 95% protection for coronavirus. Below is US CDC experiment on the same.

In an experiment, adding a cloth mask over the source headform’s medical procedure mask or knotting and tucking the medical procedure mask reduced the cumulative exposure of the unmasked receiver by 82.2% (SD = 0.16) and 62.9% (SD = 0.08), respectively (Figure 2). When the source was unmasked and the receiver was fitted with the double mask or the knotted and tucked medical procedure mask, the receiver’s cumulative exposure was reduced by 83.0% (SD = 0.15) and 64.5% (SD = 0.03), respectively. When the source and receiver were both fitted with double masks or knotted and tucked masks, the cumulative exposure of the receiver was reduced 96.4% (SD = 0.02) and 95.9% (SD = 0.02), respectively.

This maybe helpful..no certainty though. Let's not forget it is the same CDC who earlier advocated that all surfaces are prone to spreading Covid19. Now they have clarified that any surface can't be the reason for spreading infection. So much so for these new info.. more
What is the point! We are not using any mask, and those who are using - are using as their chin mask, and definitely, not as a measure whether to spread or as a self-defence against COVID-19. New York times has published photographs of election rally of Hon'ble Prime Minister as also Hon'ble Home Minister in West Bengal (both of them are jubilant for mass attendance and enthusiasm - although most of the leaders and masses are without mask), mass attendance for holy bath at Haridwar on the occasion of 'Kumbh Mela'. It seems we are keen to attain the pride for Worlds' Highest Death due to COVID-19. more
This suggestion is perhaps for those who want to protect themselves even in an environment where others mostly wear no masks. It is true that we can't preach those who are not willing to hear a medical advice and to follow no instructions. more
Yes a good suggestion to see that an approapriate , well fit mask is used to minimize infection. Though masks can't be tailor made for each individual, by adjusting the ear loop it can be made fitting the particular facial feature to protect safety. more
