Dont buy TCL product

I buy TCL led 55 inch from amazon with 18 month warranty but after 1 year its panel not working from 1 month i m calling AMAZON and TCL customer care they just told me wait far 1 day wait far 1 day now its pased 1 month and still my complaint pending . So i request everyone don't buy expensive electronic product online because their after sale servise is very bad. more

Were they able to resolve your issue ? I'm facing the same issue and it's been more than 3 months now. I have just now filed a consumer complaint however i would like to legal action against them. Have also filed any case against them if yes any luck ? more  
Problem is most of brands give away services to franchise. People should be discouraged to purchase Chinese products. more  
In fact after-sale service is India is not satisfactory irrespective of the company names. Probably because of delay-dallying attitude of our government and the pitiable condition of our juduciary system encourage them for such carelessness and arrogancy. more

Amazon is equally responsible. Earlier I posted my bitter experience. Both HP ad Amazon is trying to evade their warranty obligations by playing Ping Pong tactic. Both should be avoided by prospective buyers. more
