*Don't burn your toast*

Some of us have tendency to toast our bread really dark before eating. Don't do it.

Apparently Eating burnt toast and well-browned roast potatoes could raise the risk of cancer.

When starchy foods are cooked at temp above 120 deg C, acrylamide is generated which is known to cause cancer, and obesity too. more  

YES THIS IS ONE OF THE CAUSE FOR CANCER
SMOKING /CHEWING TOBACO/ CAUSE THE SAME
IF ANY PARTICAL OF YOUR BODY IRRETATE CONTINOUSLY THIS HAPPENS more
