Do you think time came to enforce Uniform Civil Code in India ?
Considering the demand for Reservations , existing different laws for different groups and National Unity / Integrity , do we need a Uniform Civil Code to be enforced ? Uniform Civil code is the only solution . Everyone will have equal rights . Only economical condition based reservation Facilities should be given to the citizens and not to the masses or caste . --- ( based on discussion among the peoples ) more

Uniform Civil Code will certainly bring in peace , safety , and uplifts fraternity which the then rulers illfully set aside only keeping the ways and means of their Political backings with simplest touch of keeping the supporting Millionaires at selected places . Secondly , there shall be the specific Constitutional amendment even to set right the issue of addressing the Citizen of Economically Backward categorizing "A " AND ' B " TO ADDRESS BOTH ABOVE AND BELOW THE POVERTY LINE . more
Reservation on basis of caste to be abolished and reservation on the basis of income to be introduced. Every individual should have a PAN card. Even non taxable income group should file nil return. Income tax return should be filed along with asset and liability statement also. This should be the criterion of income and total assets held by him. Nowadays non taxable income group of citizens can get an income certificate from village officer by bribing. This system should stop. Reservation should be on the basis of the Income Tax Return and Asset and Liability Statement filed by him. more
