1. Yellow fever: Your body smells like a raw meat when you suffer from yellow fever.

2. Syphilis: It is a chronic bacterial disease and is contracted chiefly by infection during sexual intercourse. Your body emits a strong fishy smell.

3. Scrofula: A disease with glandular swellings, probably a form of tuberculosis. Your body smells like a stale beer.

4. Diphtheria: Those who suffer from diphtheria emit a sweetish odor.

5. Skin diseases: Skin diseases such as pemphigus, infected eczema, herpes labialis, and herpes zoster are associated with an unpleasant smell.

6. Darier's disease: Those who suffer from this emits an unpleasant odor due to abnormalities in the keratin genes.

7. Typhoid: Those who suffer from typhoid emit a smell like freshly baked brown bread.

8. Osteomyelitis: It is an inflammation of bone or bone marrow due to infection. It causes a fetid odor.

9. Respiratory disorders: Those who suffer from bronchiectasis, lung abscesses, and ozena, emit unpleasant smells.

10. Uremia: Those who suffer from uremia emit urine-like odor through their mouth. It is triggered by the production of ammonia in the saliva. more

Diagnose disease from smell can be possible but like any other specialisation you have to develop the capability. As you seen dogs are trained to trace the culprits. Before the development of present instruments our ancestors used this option of preparing and training individuals in each art which was required for living in society more  
Theoretically Yes. Practically you will have to train a Dog to distinguish between 10 different smells. !! more  
Can a disease be diagnosed with a smell emits from the body? more  
Quite good. But how about for people whose sense of smell is not o.k. or very poor, like me. Can there be some other senses to recognize them more
