Self Monitoring of diabetes, exercise and food intake should be limited like 1 chapatti in the breakfast, 2 chapatti in lunch and 2 in the dinner. Drink water, tea and lemon water etc. You have to walk for 45 minutes a day and limit your diet. Not to eat anything from outside. Eat only home made items - avoid oily, deep fried and rice etc. You will see a major change. Even you can reverse it. Doctor will not agree to this but this is possible. Good Luck if you can do this. more
