First of all I wanted to state that the Dish providing companies are cheating the consumers on various accounts.
1. Initially the agent's of the company's heavily charge the consumer for set of box and Connection. When you contact the customer service initially they would give a rate for the set of box ,dish, LMB etc. The agent provide a sub standard product and charge heavily.
2. The technician comes with his spares, cables etc and he charges additional amounts stating excess wire, pin, pipes , switches etc. Most of the LMB are to be replaced with in a year due to sub standard quality of product.
3. Initially company should give correct quote with products name and brands / manufactures name so that the agent's would deliver only branded products.
3. Since the company is collecting payment for 24/7 x 30 days or 3/6/12 months then they should make a total hourly use in the system so that customers can avail maximum hours. Suppose I pay for 1 month or so and use few days average 2 to 3 hours then also I will have renew exactly after 30 days. This system has to be completely changed and as per the usage of time the amount should be adjusted AND NOT before the customers should be asked to pay / renew the payment. more

The rates of Tatasky is very high.Most of the channels they are giving their commercials which we do not want to see. more  
charges should as per use and it should be nominal. everybody wants to loot the general public starting from politicians to service providers . All are hand in hand. A strong revolution is need of the hour. more  
No one on the earth watch TV for 24/7 a week or 24/30 a month and if the service providers are made to charge hourly basis of actual use, they will run away by abandoning their activities or their charges have to be increased by 5 to 10 times to survive in the business. We should be rationale by asking to make the price reasonable and and deciding the channels under different packs as per the choice of the subscribers.l more  
Charging on hourly basis is not practical. We should protest for basis of charges. As per TRAI we can choose channels which we wish but in reality we have to pick packages containing set number of channels whether we need all channels or not. 2ndly Tata Sky has increased the price of Dhmal Mix pac from Rs. 299.00 to Rs 320.00 per month without any notice and justification, such issues should be raised and action for TRAI sought. more  
Yes, there can be charges based on usage like electricity and gas. more
