1. Initially the agent's of the company's heavily charge the consumer for set of box and Connection. When you contact the customer service initially they would give a rate for the set of box ,dish, LMB etc. The agent provide a sub standard product and charge heavily.
2. The technician comes with his spares, cables etc and he charges additional amounts stating excess wire, pin, pipes , switches etc. Most of the LMB are to be replaced with in a year due to sub standard quality of product.
3. Initially company should give correct quote with products name and brands / manufactures name so that the agent's would deliver only branded products.
3. Since the company is collecting payment for 24/7 x 30 days or 3/6/12 months then they should make a total hourly use in the system so that customers can avail maximum hours. Suppose I pay for 1 month or so and use few days average 2 to 3 hours then also I will have renew exactly after 30 days. This system has to be completely changed and as per the usage of time the amount should be adjusted AND NOT before the customers should be asked to pay / renew the payment. more
We should be rationale by asking to make the price reasonable and and deciding the channels under different packs as per the choice of the subscribers.l more
