DGCA has not only grounded all 737 Max with all airlines in India, it has also prohibited overflying of these planes. The problem seems to be with the OS and AOA sensors bringing the plane to a vertical stall. Both disasters are in similar circumstances, within a few minutes after take off. In both cases the captains had more than 100 hours of flying experience. Yet, they were unable to handle the plane to safety.
Boeing seems to have installed a new OS without adequate flight trials and maintenance procedure instructions. Boeing must take the blame squarely upon themselves and must compensate all airlines and families of victims of both disasters. Severe strictures must be put on Boeing for ignoring passenger safety over cost and economy. more
