Dept of Consumer GOI but where are States

I am in several of the local circles. Dept of Consumer Affairs is doing great job by listening to us and seeking our opinions. So are some other depts but my request to consumer dept is to also connect state depts as many issues raised ultimately have to go to district and state courts. How can this process be initiated? Who is nodal body in states. Ideally best if dept of consumer itself initiates it by writing to them.

Once again, appreciate these new services for people which didnt exist few years ago. We feel we arw not alone and govt is with us.
