I am Resident of Hyderabad HELD-UP in Banglore .
A. I am Suffering from frequent Sinesitis, Nostril Conjestion Sneezing and Continued Difficult Breathing since after 1995 i.e 24 Years .
My Tooth Decay, Infections resulted in Removing Teeth from 1995 i.e 24 Years and I have only One Left Side Upper Tooth that Touches the Lower Tooth since 3 Years getting on with Hard-pressed/ Pasted Food .
B. Mitral Valve Mild Prolapse resulted in Missing Beats from 1996 AND , Pulmonary Valve , Tricuspid Valve Regurgitations also from 2000 i.e 19 Years . Heart Beats Varies 2 times a Day . Heart Shiwering, Terrible Weaknesses Because I was Accustomed to Aten 25 as Confirmed by Care Hospitals Hyderabad Dr Sri BKS Sastry since He tested Suggesting another Medicine too .
C. THUS THE 3 ; Acute Sinesitis Nostril EFFECTS ; Dental Infections ; Mitral, Pulmonary, Tricuspid Valve Regurgitations ERADICATED MY RESISTANCY AND :-
* Acute Appendicitis Operation in July 2018
** Both Sides Hernia Operation on 28th February 2019
*** Treated for " Esophageal Candidiasis grade A reflux Esophagitis " with Tablet SYSCAN - 200 14 Days plus 7 Days ( 3 Weeks )
ALL THE 3 DUE TO VOMITING SENSATION ( Liver did not Permit any intake ) AND SERIOUS HICCUPS . I am told that it is All due long Continued Antibiotics and Fungal Treatments every Year for Over 20 YEARS .
D. Now from 8th April 2020 to 1st MAY AND NOW SUFFERING A LOT .
-- A mixture of 5th While eating Suddenly severe pain in the left One Tooth as if something is PEARCED INTO. I searched and found NOTHING . BUT THIS MUST BE AN ACUTE INFECTION AROSE FROM THE MIXTURE .
For last Twenty Days ; LEFT UPPER TOOTH AND EAR PAIN
I took
Sinarest ....... 2 per day for 5 days
----
Ceptran 500 1 per day for 4 days
Ceptran 500 2 per day for 3 days
Signoflam 2 per day for 7 days
upto 23rd April
--- NO improvement .

Orpenem 200 2 per day for 5 days
Zerodol - PT 3 per day for 5 days
upto 30th April evening.
----- pain of Left UpperTooth and Ear reduced. But very little painful Sensation in Tooth Root and some uneasiness in the Ear .
These 7 + 5 days I took Bevon energy Tablet and pan - 20 Gas Tablet .
* On 1st May 6 Hard But Easy Motions , Uneasiness , Vomiting Sensation . Mid Night , Late Night , I took Elecktrol Water . I took Cremaffin Plus Syrup in Night
** On 2 nd 4 Motions hard and loose . Light Meals .
Sensations Continued . Night heavy when taking light Meal I couldn't Resist . My Banglore Son Tried for Hospital but could not . After a Motion slowly seriousness reduced .
I took only Elecktrol Water Night and late Night .
*** On 3 rd 3 Motions .
But All these THREE DAYS Light Pain in Tooth whenever Washing Face . AND EAR UNEASINESS AND light Pain also is Started AS IF SOMETHING IS INSIDE THE EAR .
**** On 4 th Ear Ache in continence . Tooth Pains little when Washing Face .
BUT VOMITING SENSATION IS EXISTENT .
A FEELING THAT THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE STOMACH also existing .
I AM AFRAID OF SERIOUS SITUATION DEMANDING Dentist ; ENT Specialist ; Gastroenterologist ; Liver Specialist .
PLEASE ADVISE SIR more
