Before March 2017 government should collect tax on black money.Once this gets entangled in legal hurdles the whole issue will lose steam more
Banks usually report suspicious transactions (STR) above Rs 10 lacs to RBI. During demonetization cash was deposited in bank accounts. Abnormal transactions were detected by various software’s thru data mining or patterns. Maybe more than one crore transactions can be flagged as abnormal. The real issue is can Income tax dept issue notices, do follow up, etc and collect tax before march 2017 as this is a mammoth task with limited resources of manpower, technology, legal hurdles. This has to be done with a balance between no harassment to common man and collection of tax before 31st March, 2017. The Government has to find a way out otherwise a golden opportunity of unearthing black money after 50 years of Independence will be lost. more
In every field we have good and bad people. All CAs are not fraud. more
TCS/Infosys should quickly develop a software for automated auditing and filtering. Final suspicious cases may be manually audited again. But software is or will be better than the CAs more
This really identifies the drill out of HIGHEST % OF BLACK MONEY . The also have enough Student auditors . more
