Delhi verdict

The Delhi verdict should serve as an eye-opener for the PM and BJP. The fact that a party in power at the centre did much worse in Delhi elections compared to its performance in the previous one when it was not in power must be seriously analysed.

While I am not suggesting that the populist measures of AAP like offering power at half-price is the solution, the performance of a government must be more visible.

No positive measures have been taken (or seen to be taken) by the government to root out corruption at the citizen's level or bringing back black money from abroad. The citizen gets the idea that the PM and the central government are more concerned with Adanis and Ambanis and have no time for the common man's problems. So why did we elect BJP over UPA which was pretty much doing the same thing?

Academic discussions in this circle are of no use when BJP will face the electorate once again after its term is over. more

The facts revealed by Mr.Ajay Angre (Perspective Consultant, Writer, Author, Publisher) of this circle regarding the speed in booking and the thriving corruption in the Railway Department is a splendid example. This shows nothing has changed. more
Dear Ajayji, You have mentioned it very mildly. You cannot compare these MNCs to East India Company. It is more worse, they are trying to make India their "SWEAT SHOP". All labour laws are being crushed in their favour. more
Things are becoming more visible over the past few weeks. One would not realize that if only observing the media because it does a very poor job of informing the public. A huge step has been taken to reduce corruption by arresting people for espionage in central ministries. This will be a big deterrent for anyone with corrupt intentions. It's a huge step because reducing corruption has been the biggest expectation from people. The very successful coal block allocations will support power generation, reduce import bills, and provide money for state finances. It has far reaching positive implications on multiple fronts. Steps for improving agriculture through soil cards, reaching out to investors, improving business environment, etc. are taking shape. Infrastructure growth is about to take off. I think a year from now we will be in a completely different environment. more
I agree with you. Good news is that the awareness of public, country is ready for a big leap. I consider these sites are Indian version of Facebook, managed by BJP. Whatever you post on these pages are not taken into account. These circles are only meant to convey whatever the party wishes to convey to the masses. Delhi verdict has proved that, if the Govt does not perform, they will have tough competition in every state. Modiji's make in India, does not really mean the product of India or Indigenous product. Govt is inviting MNCs to set industry in India, are we in the process of setting up another -East India Company? more
There should be a fixed period of training for everyone who join BJP.After that period only he/she should be given ticket to contest elections or given any important responsibility. more
