Yes work from home. With correlation being between working and survival, more so in a developing country like India, and over 1.5 billion Indians having been vaccinated, must allow those whose only alternative remains working on site, to do so. Not everyone can afford staying at home - which given free vaccinations, now unneccesary. We must move forward. Build back better, as Americans say. As they do, companies could pay their home based working employees more for the overheads so incurred. Cannot continue the attitude हम कंपनी हैं और तुम एक कर्मचारी, इसीलिए ऐसे हालात में अहसान मानो की तुम्हारी नौकरी अभी भी है . Employees perform jobs that the company needs, seeing how much they have profited, more so. Many corporates' balance sheets are green having saved serious money running offices, that costed earlier. Omicron has more transmissibility than Covid, although infection severity seens as being much lesser. Also see that nature, through this pandemic is giving us a signal. Pollution increasing lifestyle, mostly of the affluent, for example, those burning fossil fuels, such as flying accross long distances, or riding vehicles running on diesel, are precisely the ones more affected by Covid, and now Omicron. more
Like restaurants, shops may be allowed to function for Home deliveries only. more
Have repeatedly been saying total lockdown is the only solution even if for a week more
