We have seen an encouraging feature here , That is from 4,482 new cases on 18th it has come down gradually to3,231, cases on20th.Almost 5oo cases lreducung daily.No doubt good sign and the people and the administration of NCR deserves a pat on their shoulders. But there is another feature that may ring suspicious bells in some minds. Both the tests taken has come down from 66 K on the previous days to 54 K on 20th. Wil this also have a bearing to the Reduced Positivity cases reported. more

Is postivity at 5% considered safe for partially opening up Lock Downs. more
