delhi is not a stand alone city. people from different states come and go daily for work. borders are now sealed. this is leading to extreme difficulties. but one has to understand the delhi govt. or for that matter any other govt. has no choice. my question is why modiji cannot put another nationwide lockdown. i know the answer because now is the time to unlock. economy is crashing. same thing delhi cm and other state cm are following. people shall try and invoke fear and sensationalism on different platforms. nothing sells like fear. if u don't use colgate u shall loose your teeth to germs. ask your elderly in house if they were using colgate and for how long. same is with covid. there is no effective proven drug. there is no vaccine. no timeline as to when we can get one. how long can people sustain without moving out to work and earn again. nobody is being forced out of the house. if u don't feel safe don't step out of the house. still even in these times people are using social platforms to spew political venom by using covid figures. that is why perhaps nature is unleashing it's fury on mankind. more
Regert to see this government is acting, they do want want any responsibility, initially they said they are following HM orders - later when state was asked to take decision they smartly said asking citizens? Funny they did not ask before opening liqour shop to start the blunder of social distancing . Enough issues were patients not getting bed etc etc. Total mis management n have placed Delhi in very tight spot. Let us only pray for everyone. more
We have seen lock down is doing more bad than good for people and the country. Livelihood of crores of people affected, many deaths due to non-COVID reasons, economy down etc. For those who can afford to sit at home, lock down is good. For the rest it is not. Moreover the rising trend is more or less the same before and after relaxations in lock down. A trade off is what is required. more
Delhi Govt has left Delhi citizens on the mercy of GOD, as they have raised their hands. They can't do anything because they have to run Govt means they have to pay salaries to CM, DCM, MLAs, Govt employees, as the reason of opening lockdown. Govt asks business not to increase prices but itself increased prices of Petrol, diesel, and liquor by upto 70%, as Govt has to pay salaries. But how Businesses shall pay salaries to its employees when whole business was closed. Now people have to take care of themselves to prevent from COVID. more
