Delhi dept of education is clueless

School is sending circulars:

Dear Parents,
As per the circular of DOE, it is *advised* that all students in the age group 12-14 get themselves vaccinated and submit the report to the school authorities.
In this regard, I request you to get your child vaccinated and send the report to the class teacher.

Can someone tell me if supreme court has said the vaccine is not mandatory how in the world can a department of education force children to be vaccinated with a trial for emergency vaccine.

We will take you to court Sisodia and Kejriwal ji unless this is withdrawn in next 24-48 hours. Get ready more

Although Delhi Govt. has declared to pay Rs. 5 Lakhs, to the COVID-19 Victims, who had untimely demise due to OXYGEN DISRUPTION during Hospitalization in Second Wave, yet the unfortunate survival families could not be paid the amount to compensate their irreparable loss & Financial Crisis till now by shuttling the requests from one desk to other and befooling the already aggrieved families, who had lost their Gems to earn for them. more
We do not want our children to be the guinea pigs in a lab for research ... The Vaccines are not researched as yet for long term effects on the human body for adults... They are not a surety agains the new variants coming up ... All hit or miss and trial and error basis. Please save our children... Dear Supreme Court!!! more
I am sure you know what happened in 2nd Wave during March 2021, when there was a major hue & cry, oxygen and hospital beds were not available, and vaccination too was very slow? But during so called OMICRON and NOW because of Vaccination (Majorly) and Doctors understanding on proper treatment to a large extent the hospitalization and fatality rate has drastically dropped. Although Supreme Court (as no one can be forced against their wish) has passed such an order, but we all understand Vaccination has played a major role in reducing the impact? So, it's always better for children too be vaccinated, and in order to save other children being infected a confirmation of being vaccinated is not wrong in my view? Hope you appreciate this reasoning??? more
