‘DELHI CHALO’ AGAINST FARM LAWS

The Farm Laws recently passed by Parliament are supposed to benefit farmers as per PM. Then why farmers are agitating? Following questions come to my mind:
1. Do the MPs read and understand bills for which they vote?
2. Why Opposition did not suggest amendments to farmers Bills for objectionable clauses?
3. Would it have helped if Suggestions/Objections were invited from Public on the Farmer Bills?
4. Are there some sections in Farmers Bills which may be harmful to farmers?
5. Is there a Central or State Law on MSP (Minimum Support Price)?
Farmers have been exploited by middle man and APMCs for more than 70 years. Whereas rich persons and politicians have enjoyed huge amounts of income as Agricultural Income without paying income tax on it. more

Probably, many have not seen and heard this morning's Interview of Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman on the TV India Today Channel . I followed the program of interviewed 'Questions & Replies' in coordination with rapt attention . For your information, let me tell you there is no justifiable cause from the farmers side against the New Farm Laws/Bills. It is evident to me in my mind that the Farmers are either politically motivated or purposelessly impatient when the economy is legally safe in the hands of our Union Finance Minister recovering from the passing away pandemic . Moving Courts-of-Law amounts to stampeding the Constitutional Rights of the ruling BJP Party to erode BJP's Assertiveness and Authority in matters of Farmers' interests /Benefits. In fact , Farmers are indulging in national waste of time and energy with a narrow mind for astrological gains. more
