Delay in service

I am facing long delay in service by sansung. what to do? its been 2 months now, they still not repair my refrigerator but only make false statements when i called them. I called them 50 to 60 times. what should i do please suggest more

Is it a new fridge under warranty? Which franchise or service centre has taken your complaint. Before going to consumer court you may try contacting the company in Noida. See website. more  
Give a 15 day notice by email about legal action in Consumer Court then file a complaint in consumer court as advised by Gopabandhu Mohapatra more

Give one Regd. notice with acknowledgement due and wait for 15 days. If no response is received, take legal action through Consumer Court. more  
My experience with both mobile and Refrigerator service providers appointed by Samsung at Visakhapatnam. Their products are therefore difficult to maintain and personally I don't recommend them to anyone including myself. more
