DEFIENCY IN SERVICES BY DOCTORS,HOSPITALS AND ITS MANAGEMENT WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES

MY APPEAL TO THE AUTHORITIES!
IT SHOULD NEVER EVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE,
Last week I have personally experienced a near and dear one lost due to the negligence and the wrong advice I have encountered as I don’t have medical knowledge and a reason to believe that ALL DOCTORS ARE GODS AND WILL THAT TOO FAMILY PHYSICIANS WILL ADVICE PROPERLY AND THE DOCTOR PROFESSION IS A NOBLE PROFESSION is totally a wrong statement. Nowadays the Medical profession is a rotten business with only objective to make money nothing else. No one carries anything from this world if they die they leave everything here. Who will correct this menace? Medical Council of India was a totally corrupt place where the degree awarded to these idiots who have money amassed. All Hospitals are owned either by a Mafia or a politician. Most of the Doctors have hugely paid money to become Doctors and never follow the MEDICAL COUNCIL ETIQUTTES IN PRACTICING THE PROFESSION AS DOCTORS IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AND PRETEND TO BE THE LIFE SAVERS AS DOCTORS HAVE REMAIN THE DOMAIN POLLUTED WITH MONEY MINDED SCOUNDRELS IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC DOMAIN and we need not know whether they have adequate knowledge to handle the patients and whatever they advice becomes unwritten law which is ably supported by the Hospitals and Police become the order of the day. UNLIKE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES THERE IS NO STRICT LAWS AGAINST ERRING DOCTORS OR HOSPITALS AS A CONSUMER AGRIEVED FOR THE TREATMENTS DONE BY THEM. The order of the day is Hospitals are Profit centers and Doctors with Targets working for Money earning Machines and the Patients are the prospects and the sufferers and not only the money the damage to their existing system and Life. Every second Hospital and the Doctors except few are in line with these qualifications. Who will regulate and How. Is there a quality audit for the Medical professionals and based on the History of his practice his license been allowed to continue or otherwise he should be eliminated from the practice and should be published in the media and to be removed from the Medical Profession. Similarly Hospitals who have made these possible and its management should be responsible for the capital loss and the financial damage they have collectively impaired to the patients and should set a lesson for them to follow will bring them to the RIGHT road through the CONSUMER COURTS PENALISING THE FINAICAL LOSS THE ERRING DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS. AND CANCELL THEIR LICENCES AND IN CASE OF HOSPITALS MADEOVER THESE HOSPITALS BY THE GOVERNMENT WILL CLEANSE THE SYSTEM AND WILL CORRECTLY REGULATE THE SYSTEM. Every Hospital just for the sake of their imported machines to be paid and the loans ask the DOCTORS to make unwarranted advice as well as the DOCTORS HAVE TARGETS TO DO BUSINESS TO CONTINUE thru the WRONG ADVICE TO GO FOR THE TESTS which costs the patients as well as damage the system and ends up in loss of life. There should be a good regulating agency which should not be the professional associated should be evolved along with the legal system and the media to curtail these menace.
NO MORE CARE FOR HEALTH IN THE HEALTH CARE and it is only MONEY & EXPLOITATION OF THE INNOCENT PUBLIC IN THE SYSTEM.
THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE IN EVERY SECOND HOSPITAL AND THE DOCTORS IN INDIA EXCEPTING VERY FEW WHO HAVE REAL VALUES.
Similarly insurance companies with their settlement records for taking more people to get covered deal the hospitals with earlier settlement with corrupted officials upfront are also contribute the system and thereby the SCAM OF FRAUD CLAIMS AND WRONG CLAIMS AS WELL AS ONE’S ABILITY TO PAY EITHER THRO THE INSURANCE OR THRO THEIR PERSONAL CAPACITY IS JUDGED BASED ON WHICH THE TREATMENT IS EXTENDED BY THE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT AND THE DOCTORS COLLECTIVELY AND EXPOIT THE MAXIMUM WHEN IT IS WARRENTED TO THE PATIENTS BY DAMAGIN HIS LIFE AND BODY.
INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL MAKE MORE MONEY AS THERE IS REVENUE LEAKAGE THROUGH THIS SCAM. more

Medical profession is becoming more problematic by the day, negligence incidences are rising, fist fights between the doctors and patients/relatives of patients are on the rise, conduct of doctors is as bad in Emergency Wards, while cost of treatment is becoming extremely unbearable. Partly doctors have to be blamed for being too bossy instead of courteous and appreciating the attendants of patients when they are already in panic and disturbed mind. It has to be corrected only by the individuals for being patience and accommodating to each other. more
No point just blaming doctors for everything.plaese enlighten us as to what actually happened. more
Both the medical and legal education/services need to be improved drastically. But awfully, the Judiciary is much worried about the rot in other professions like Doctors, CAs, Bureaucrats, Engineers, politicians but never talk about the total mess in the justice delivery which is badly affecting the poor people. There is big business of selling stay orders, bails and unlimited adjournments in cases involving powerful people. No judge/advocate is accountable for any wrong/unethical doing. During the last 50 years all wings of administration has rotten due to corruption and non-accountability and need major overhaul. more
Government should make strict laws to prevent such wrong practices by Doctors more
But u have not stated details of what happened in your case more
