Defamation act against ancient personalities

Defamation act against ancient personalities :-
Mohmmad Sagir of Bhopal member of municipal Council has stated that Great King Bhoja of Dharanagar was robber who looted Bhopal . Whereas as per History this is totally wrong . He has tried to defame king Bhoja . Also this is act of disturbing communal harmony in country . His descendants are being hurted . How Government should take action against such act of defamation . And How descendants will get Justice . Please suggest . more

Dear my brother Mahen Patel & other friends, Your question is absolutely correct. But, you have to explain the fact based on proper historical, ethics, etymology & ethnology and should not be based on merely hearsay or overheard. Those ancient period one of the Muslim King Kajini Mohammed invaded our India at 17 times for not the intention of the India. His only intention was to loot the Golds and other ornaments from Somanth Temple in India. Those period only the Emperors & Kings of Kudumbar (kurmi) only followed the justice in the battle. more
King Bhoja is renowned personality and I think it is not required to say much about King Bhoja . If any one say him as robber , is a act of defamation and creating a wrong impression in society . This is not good for communal harmony . more

Some defamation's effect is not intentional but it is a communication- skill-show. For example, we hear in Hindu Mythology, that there was 1. Rama-Anjaneya (Hanuman) war . 2. Krishna -Arjuna war . 3. Bhima-Anjaneya ( Hanuman ) war . In actual Vedic Area Studies ( Vedas Knowledge ), there were no mentions of such wars have taken place. However, in the post-Vedic periods. communication skills have largely grown up such that such war-episodes came into life's existence contributed by communicators, orators, and writers. Normally, objectivity is more important in History and approach to the historical method of claims and counter-claims. Removing all types of bias is essential. Likes, dislikes, hopes, and personal beliefs are put to rest at zero-tolerance like in zero-budgeting . One should not be afraid of telling the truth. No lies should be told. Historical assertations i.e, the practices of assenting readily, especially obsequiously will amount to blatant lies. Like a detective job, the History Discipline is very organized. That is to recommend, small or minor evidence will lead to big discovery! Overall, History is fact-based. more
But many of such willfully opted to provoke Communal/Religious defamations or unrest in Public or even to inactivated the Rule. THESE SUCH MUST BE ERADICATED IN VIEW OF FRATERNITY AND NATIONAL SECURITY.
COURTS NOT TO GIVE-UP THIS THIS FUNDAMENTAL GUARANTEES OF THE CONSTITUTION.
This is why Judicial Reforms also a must at National interest. more
As long as Judiciary leave of gravity of Speech to the conscience of Individuals/Institutions, THERE WILL BE NO END for Offensive intrigues. more
