DECLINING FLEXIBILITY IN FINGERS AND HANDS:

The activities come down gradually as we age resulting in less eercise for the muscles and tendons. Flexibility starts going down gradually. After a stage the individual becomes diffident and feels helpless.
There are some 5 simple xercises that will take least time with flexibility of timing.

Once started there will be no looking back. We can say a big Good bye bye to stiff fingers and hands. more

Exercise attachment not visible,hence,resend. All the same few tips could enable getting stiffness relieved gradually,but, guaranteed. 1. Clap hands 100times. 2. Stimulate between finger base25 times on each hand as well on toes. 3. Crush all finger bottom,middle and tips 4. Similarly crush all toes from top and bottom. Normally, DIABETES patients are victims of hand finger stiffness and many may be facing pain when they walk barefoot. By doing these simple exercises, the problem of stiffness and toe pain relieved. Members may post their issues in this platform and many of us could extend inexpensive homely treatement suggestions. more
