Death of Shaktiman Horse
Shaktiman is now dead. That innocent animal was trapped between the Humans. He was the Victim of Violence. Many Ministers, Chief Minister, social activists and Media took much interest in this incident. They have shown lot of Sympathy and care for the animal. Whatever may be the motto, but, No doubt, it is appreciable. Large Number of animals like cows, bullocks, cocks and goats are being killed daily in a very cruel way and too many peoples enjoy the taste of it . This is mass Cruelty against the animals which is not being noticed, because it is considered as a food for non-vegetarians. Sympathy and care for animals is expected. Can we protect nonviolent animals and give them Justice. These nonviolent animals are our companions on this planet Earth and are very helpful for us. Protection of animals is not concerned with our self-interest, but it is concerned with whole mankind and developed Humanity. Can we do something in this matter positively? more

Size matters...because it was a horse..it could conveniently be made into political issue by losers like Congress..What about other animals being slaughtered left and right across the country..who cares for them??? more

Goat Sacrifice in Yagas was was banned and punishable . But , Thousands of Goats & Sheep also killed, Meat separated and used as Food . CONSTITUTION ONLY BANS THOSE RELIGIOUS AND NOT OTHERS ? is the unquestioned injustice and illegality in this Nation and the diversified Society . more

sad that horse died.but why we are concerned only about horses,animals and Stray dogs, cattle on roads.what is wrong in killing them if owners leave them on streets and also penalise owners. more

1. None is caring to implement the article of the constitution to safeguard Cows and Calves and is simply at the political selfishness for Power Thirst through various means and the apex court also could not confine and is the piety of the Rule in India . 2. Though the Non Veg. Eaters have FISH , SHEEP , GOAT , HEN AND CHICKEN , their unconstitutional Hunger in eating many other Animals and Birds EVEN LEAD THEM TO KILL AND EAT THE " COWS AND CALVES " THOSE ARE PATRONIZED AS HOLY AND DEVINE . This proves the diversified activities of National Heritage and Culture of the nation , INDIA . It is another piety of the Executive failure under the Constitution . There is absolute need of the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India to intervene in many anti national and anti social events thus carried at the political interest of the POLITICAL DEMOCRACY IN INDIA . The President of India can also order under the articles regarding the Cows and Calves and even the other innocent Animals set in the Constitution while this practice is also against the conditions of Fundamental Responsibilities article of 51 A . It has been simply set aside since adopted only in the part IV where there is no right to a Citizen to question and demand for implementation of the such many articles of the Constitution . This is another piety and a dilution of the very Ruling in India that was set at International interest rather than the own mother Country and its heritage to be followed and continued . more
