Deadly air struggle has begun for residents of Delhi NCR: Action Needed

Many of you have been actively discussing the subject of air quality and participated in the recent survey. 80% of households in Delhi have atleast 1 or more individuals that are suffering with cough, cold, sore throat, burning eyes or respiratory problems since the air quality deteriorated significantly over last 1 week. Below is the link to the survey.

80 pct households already have someone suffering with pollution related ailment.

Chances are unless people create awareness about this actively, nothing will happen.

You are requested to share this survey with every single local contact of yours and with via your social media urging the 4 state Chief Ministers to act and for the Prime Minister and Environment Minister to enable and support.

Also, if you have inputs on how no stubble burning can be enforced and alternate solutions provided at speed, do share. more

The govt is failed to increase green zones in every few kms of population density, even people do not ask because this is not necessary and not part of Netas menifesto. Every time implimenting odd even school short close in disturbing social responsibility. Only solution is increasing more dependency on nature by growing more trees on vaccant govt land instead of constructing huge buildings on them. Every km should have a huge green park. But useless people depends on pharmacy other than nature. more
One week of being sick because of pollution. 2 days of almost bed ridden. Antibiotics not helping or curing throat ache, sneezing, headache and fever. Was using one mask while indoor at home, now doc said use 2 mask..Death because of breathlessness..Stay indoor folks and 😷 up more
There is no lack of awareness at any level. The causes & consequences we are all aware of. So are the politicians and the bureaucrats. How do you hold them accountable? Changing the governments every five years brings no relief. There is great ability on all sides to blame the other. While old people like me, suffering from bronchial asthma, continue to lose both life days and savings. If anyone has a workable solution, count me in. more
It's a crying shame that due to politics the health of our children and elders is being tragically jeopardised. The Centre and the Delhi Governments are busy playing blame games while citizens are gasping for life. Wake up people and do something good and noble for a change and improve your karma in this lifetime. more
Pained to see our children going to school and experiencing this pollution know that they will have an impact 20-30 years from Now. more
