Today the UNDP in partnership with FutureGov launches a new report Growing Government Innovation Labs. To our knowledge, this is the first look at the public sector innovation labs in the developing context.
Being a source of stability instead of a disruption: Government innovation labs in developed contexts are often positioned as “grenades inside the bureaucracies,” where as in the ECIS context labs are starting to become a source of wider governmental stability, potentially contributing to the developing security of these developing societies and creating new spaces for trusted relationship building with various groups within the societies. more

The institutions like NPL, NCL. RRL, NRDC, DERL, DLRL, DMRL, DRDL, are to be given re-birth promptly to JOIN HANDS WITH OUR NUCLEAR TREASURE . Data is not to be placed within the scope of Intellectual Property Rights since Data has specific qualities that serves as well as spoils . Data shall be open to others to use and share . None is to be allowed to preserve or restrict except the Government at issue of Safety and Security at national concept . more
Statistics if not promptly tabulated, results adversely . Data base if not supported with the investigative part route to wrong direction . more

Fund such so that the young uses all sorts of technology with GPS /android phone to serve as cutters for de-clogging. more
