‘Dadagiri’ by Eureka Forbes Limited!

Eureka Forbes limited are cheating their clients & making a fool of their customers. We bought a RO from then 7 months ago. It has stopped working. Eureka Forbes refuses to repair product which is under warranty & is asking for 4000/- rupees, when actually they should replace the product as it is still in warranty & is a defective piece. In today’s world of cut throat competition this attitude of the company will make it loose many loyal customers. So please wake up before it’s too late! more

You need to fight for justice by approaching the Consumer Court. But prior to that you should create enough evidences in your favour and for that you may follow the guidelines of Mr Ramamani Sadasivan. more  
Yes, I have already stopped by any product of Eureka Forbes more  
DADGIRI OR NO DADAGIRI,we must not allow this case of cheating by a TATA COMPANY,Ureka Forbes to go on.You have to take guidance from the National Help Line for the consumers @ 1600 11 4000 and start the fight.Meanwhile plz.keep all the docs in hard copies ready and file a GD with the LOCAL POLICE STATION attaching copies of the same.If you give up ,these companies will think that we consumers are toothless tigers!Practically,we are stronger than any others. more  
Mr Ramamani Sadasivan has given good suggestion and process for all of us.... more  
It is the same with all the products of EUREKHA. A combined campaign , may mend the company more
