D2h videocon is poor connection dont use it.....customer care no is also fake no all the time busy...kabhi no laga bhi customer service thik se nahi karte directly no cut kar de hai from last four days i m trying to reach ...even i requested for call i still i have not got any call from there side.......hum ne nodal complaint bhi kiya unko kuch farak hi nahi padata hai still muje abhi tak call nahi aayaa . Even Tatasky is not structured in the menu for selection of channels. This particular choice in their website is un-understandable and the response entry are also not going through. Their customer care numbers are holding for ever........ Is it that they do not understand the TRAI notification?. Even local cable TV service providers at Chennai are crysta; clear. Or TATASKY want to fool the customers. The choice of channels I made are not reflected in the channels provided to me. There is no provision to edit my choice and rearrange the package as per my budget. Their three options are confusing and do not reflect customers choice. I made a selection which reduced my Tatasky monthly charges by about Rs.100. But they forced upon me their choice and increased my monthly payment by Rs.40. It is against TRAI regulation. TATASKY must be booked. more
