Customer Service Rules for ecommerce

It seems lots of policies are being looked into with our reporting on localcircles.

I have one suggestion to make. Most ecommerce sites when they take and order and then issue communication about dispatch delivery etc never give customer service email address and if you respond to their email it fails because its do not reply address.

Ecommerce sector rules ld require them to email from an address that can accept emails and number 2 their email address must be in the body of their email so people can email from there as well. more

Yes. This must be applicable to other business people who send SMS without provision for reply. Because communication must be Two way. They generally say " sender doesn't support replies" more

I disagree with Mr. Anil Sharma. Amazon has neither displayed its customer care number nor it email id in their site. Most of the ecommerce platforms are like that only. Of course, we can ask Amazon customer care to talk to us. Government must formulate policy towards this besides other issues. more
