Mag Phos 6x really works. There is no harm in trying. more
When I say increase water intake, it is not to be taken before going to bed. Water in take should be distributed over full day. more
Mag Phos 6x tissue salts 4 tabs chewing at bed time can avoid the crams totally and she can sleep comfortably. Drinking more water in the night, again wakes her up for urination often. This just suggestion. Other friends, please dont get offended. more
Insufficient intake of water results in cramps more so in night. Increase intake of water. When cramps gets in, take a position which is most comfortable (one may have to try few different positions) and then keep that position without any movement till relief is felt. more
