Counterfeit Products Issues

Many counterfeit products are in the market. I have experienced major online sites selling them like snapdeal, flipkart and fakes of adidas, nike selling quite commonly. Can we 50000 plus consumers list all of our experience with fake products in recent say 1 year so we can all be alert.

Also consumer department may please find common issues and implement policy changes to minimise such practices. more

Now a days we are unable to distinguish which is original(s) and duplicate(s). Knowledge and quality is main , people has to purchase by identifying good qualit items. Ther is another issue of Intellectual properties. The owners has to find the counterfeights and they should take action on the duplicate/counterfeight products. But, in general that many wont see all these. Relying on the quality and price the consumer will purchase. Billing and taxing is another issue. The Government will try to get tax on the products considering the quality, and raw meterial used and technology applied. Finally it is the consumer to identify the forged products and purchase genuine one. more
