Corruption in Mumbai

Most of the Government, Semi-Government, and Municipal bodies are corrupt or follow corrupt practices, this includes Judiciary System.
Over a period of time Government babus have changed their style for accepting bribes, now through touts or other method. They either deliver % share to home or deposit the money in bogus account in the bank.
It is now open secret that these touts are seen at Government/Municipal offices and they are free to move in entire offices without any restriction(out of bonds for common man). Following are few offices are flooded with such touts----
1) Rationing office
2) Stamp & registration office
3) Revenue department
4) Collector office.
5) Health office
6) Gov. & Municipal Hospitals
7) Octroi offices
8) Assessment
