Corruption in Judiciary
There is dire need of bringing transparency and efficiency in the Judiciary as far as disposal off the court matters is concerned. Judiciary should not interfere unnecessarily in white collar crimes. Today's biggest need is the jail for criminal and bail is exceptional. Time-bound decision will only serve the purpose otherwise action taken by the investigating agencies will draw only blank and criminals will keep on enjoying outside jail. Today no politicians (including Lalu , MadhuK oda, P Chidu, Kartik, A Raja, Veerbhadra Singh, Salman Khan etc) is behind the bars . All are enjoying on bail and each one is having 100-150 Cr wealth. There cases will never be decided in next 10-15 years. more
