Corrupt and unfair practices by SRO , Lucknow
I submitted my complaint to CPFC , EPFO , Delhi on 23rd Jan-2014 for delay and less payment of my PF by EPF Trust, UP Bridge Corp. Ltd. The Complaint was forwarded to SRO , Lucknow. In May-2014 after investigation and inquiry I was informed by SRO, Lucknow that excess payment of Rs 68417/- was paid to me on dt. 17-11-2009 by EPF, Trust and for recovery legal action has been proposed against.I again represented my case and now in June-2014 SRO , Lucknow informed me that excess payment of Rs. 32909/- was paid not Rs. 68417/-. I again presented my case. In Jan-2015 I got a cheque of Rs. 108591/- against balance payment of my PF from EPF Trust.Still I was not satisfied and represented my case to SRO,

It is already two months over and I have not received reply of SRO, Lucknow of my represtation letter dated 4-1-2016 more

IT IS BETTER TO ASK FOR STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS FROM YOUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AND BEFORE COMPLAINING, PLEASE CHECK THE CALCULATION YOURSELF.IN THE PAST IF CONTRIBUTION NOT RECEIVED FOR THREE YEARS IN YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLE FOR INTERST AS PER AMENDMENT IN LAWS more

Pl check from UP Bridge corporation about the monthly contribution deposited by them with EPF organisation during the period of your service with them Only then you will able to identify the mistake S C Wadhwa more
