Correct Eating habit

Currently a controversy is emerging about the right eating pattern. One theory is that you should eat small meals every 2-3 hours for good health benefits. As against this there is another theory that you should divide your daily food intake for eating only 2 times in a day, for good health benefits like Weight Reduction and Diabetes prevention. Surprisingly there is nobody from Medical fraternity to comment on these diametrically opposite theories as to what is the true picture. This creates confusion in ordinary people's mind as to what practice to follow. Sooner this is clarified ,the better. more

Let us understand that the present day medical fraternity is busy minting money. There is a conflict of interest here. Less number of patients will mean lack of business to them, specially those who have 'invested' in this profession by means of capitation fees to start with their education to investing in hospital buildings and medical testing equipment. So don't expect any correct guidance from them or even the USFDA, which is supposed to be an acclaimed body. more  
Followers of both the theories have successful stories to tell. So it is difficult to choose one practice. However one may adopt any one theory and see the result for himself and then decide. more
