peak weather it is consumer products or share trading.I have already faced so many problems relating to Data card and share trading that I had to take oath to never think of 'RELIANCE'. At lower level, the entire group concerned with a particular shop get united and make customers fool.This trend is too much in Share trading segments where right from a dealer,marketing manager and shop manager or unit head all are the number one cheats,frauds and 420s.I had almost wept in tears and the staff after making the customers fools,get transferred or sent some where else on promotion.Since I am a service class man I had no time to fight but to tolerate all this was only the remedy.
I have already a bitter experience of consumer courts where the advocate and the opposite party settle between themselves at our cost. more
instead of going to consumer court and lawyer would play double game accoriding to situation its better to contact the companies higher ups and put forht your problem they are sure to solve otherwise only option is seek media and channel help more
