Consent of Farmers for Land acquisition

We are living in democracy . Every one is Citizen of this Country . Collectively we should respect each & every Citizen though he may be poor . Government has to ask and take consent of Farmer for land acquisition for infrastructure development . Farmer has to give proper replacement land for his land if he want . If Farmer wants money as a return of Land Acquisition then rates should be given as per market . Withdrawing farmers right to go to Court without consent of Centre Government is against the democratic power of Citizen . We are going towards Dictatorship. We want development of all and not of only some peoples . Only talking & showing sympathy for poor is like cheating them . We want real action for them . Farmers are small independent Entrepreneurs and managers themselves . we are going to make them dependent servants in future . Think . more

GOVERNMENTS EITHER WILL PAY THE GOVT. MARKET RATES OR, PREFER ONLY TO PROVIDE LAND EQUALLY CABLE OF CULTIVATION INSTEAD OF LOOSING FUNDS. more
If the Government does not have funds as you say, then how are they going to acquire lands? Kick poor farmer out of his land paying nothing. This was happening in India for the past 67 years. more
1. To say the Facts, the governments do not have the minimum requisite Funds to fill the Vacancies amidst suicides of Hunger.. 2. They do not have the minimum Funds to address Health and Education. 3. They had also left the MOST IMPORTANT ESSENTIAL NEED OF EARNING FACILITIES & SELF EXPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITES. 4. Situation of People's Life-lead in deed and in-fact alarming. Many are opting un-due and un-wanted ill nature and aggressive attitudes and consequently joining or atleast helping Terrorisom and Terrorists TO ONLY SURVIVE & LEAD. 5. This Situation necessiate to REITERATE THAT THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS , SAFETY & LIBERTIES , PROFIT & LOSSES SHALL NOT BY-PASS THE RIGHTS, SAFETY , LIBERTIES AND PROFIT & LOSSES OF THE WHOLE SOCIETY AND THE COUNTRY. more
Now the Government wants to make such a law that the Farmer cannot go to the Court for Justice without consent of Centre Government . And This is wrong in democracy . Every person is important . Peoples democratic right should not be removed . more
Dear Sarmaji, Land Acquisition Act belongs to the Centre, Industrial Corridor and Make in India are all Centres Projects. But Evicting the poor farmer will be the States job. They will do it very neatly by hook or crook. The farmer will run from pillar to post for payment. He will never get it. He approaches the Court and procures a very fair and neat verdict in his favour. States says they don't have funds now but will eventually pay. What will the Centre do? They will say fund is already transferred. Again farmer will run from pillar to post. Then decide to wait not for a day or two but for 30 years. Those are the links I posted above. To avoid all these hazzles there is only one suggestion and that is what I made above. If there are better solutions let it be done. But please don't make the poor farmers suffer any more. more
