Computation of Pension amount doesn't include 1st Service period, how to get it rectified?

I worked in 2 private Organizations - 1st Org from Aug 1981 to Jul 1994 and 2nd Org from Aug 1994 to Apr 2017.

I retired in April 2017 and started receiving Pension. However Pension amount computation is based on service period of 2nd Org only. It doesn't include service period of 1st Org.

I have following queries:
1. Will service period of 1st Org will change Pension amount or will it not change?
2. I raised complaint on EPF grievances site and received reply that matter has been referred to concerned department and grievance was closed. However, evenafter few months, no reply received from EPFO. Pension amount is not yet changed. Can someone share formula to compute Pension amount?
3. Whom to approach now to get it rectified? What is the next escalation level and how to approach them?

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions. more

usually pf no once created will not change even if u change places. but depends upon the place ofregistration of the company you have is being remitted to pf office located in the place of regiostration.another option is if you know uan number u can create a report of all the depoists made by your employer and yourshare which will decide the amount of pension you are eligible for.
best of luck
