My company don't hire employees for night shift ,now we work day and night without any public holidays , without any CL and PL.

I have already start to search new job but i think many times in India no one see the condition of employees, how they work,What lifestyle they follow? As a democratic country we are still not independent, every time, every day employer harras us and we continue work for survival. more

Hello ! Akshta Nilabh , I 've understood your state of mind . No doubt , you work hard & sincerely truly over and above your characteristic limitations at the instance of your Company which you mind as exploitation . When you assess in terms of a Democratic Country or Rights of Females , you shape yourself as a budding Leader . Learn some good examples like Robert Clive who was only a Clerk in the East India Company but rose to become a ruler of indigo India . Are you not an MBA ? more
